David A. Twardock
President

Dave is the President of Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role he has led Prudential Mortgage Capital's growth through an acquisition (2000), introduction of new or refined products and expansion into niche lending markets.

Dave joined Prudential in 1982, and held numerous positions of increasing responsibility in real estate equity and debt in Chicago, New York and ultimately in Prudential’s headquarters in Newark, NJ. From 1996 through 1998, Dave led the efforts to dramatically change Prudential's equity real estate holdings to reduce direct ownership and increase positions in public and private real estate operating companies. His visionary work in commercial real estate finance earned him a chapter in the book Maverick Real Estate Financing: The Art of Raising Capital and Owning Property like Ross, Sanders and Carey (Bergsman, 2005).

Dave is on the Board of Directors of Boston Properties. He is past chair of the Real Estate Roundtable Capital Markets Committee, past recipient of Commercial Property News Financial Services Executive of the Year, and a member of the Urban Land Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers, the American Hotel & Lodging Association, and the Economics Club of Chicago.


David M. Durning
Senior Managing Director (CFA)

David is a Senior Managing Director with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role he oversees loan production across the nation and across all of the company’s capital sources. He also oversees the company’s full range of multifamily lending operations including Fannie Mae DUS™, Freddie Mac and FHA lending and affordable housing. With the latter, David has been instrumental in helping the organization develop a wide range of agency and proprietary products. He is located in Chicago.

Since joining Prudential as an investment analyst in 1988, David has assumed increasingly responsible and varied roles through the real estate and mortgage investment units. Prior to joining Prudential, he was a lending officer for Chemical Bank, and a corporate finance associate for Shearson Lehman.

David serves on the Executive Board of National Multifamily Housing Council as well as The Fannie Mae DUS Advisory Council and is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Association for Investment Management and Research.


Paige Hood
Managing Director

Paige is a Managing Director with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role he serves as Portfolio manager for Prudential Mortgage Capital Company’s $28.6 billion General Account portfolio. He is responsible for setting investment policy and strategy, as well as overseeing the credit approval process for the portfolio which consists of primarily fixed-rate term loans secured by apartment, office, retail, industrial and hotel properties. The loans range in size from $2 million to over $300 million and are concentrated in the major markets across the country.

Paige has been with Prudential for over 20 years. Prior to becoming Portfolio Manager, he spent six years in charge of loan originations for the Western Region, based in San Francisco. During that time, his team originated over $5 billion of new loans for Prudential's General Account, its Capital Markets programs and Fannie Mae. Paige has also had assignments in loan originations, credit underwriting and mortgage asset management during his Prudential career.

Prior to joining Prudential, Paige spent six years in banking. He is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association.


Sean Beggan
Managing Director

Sean is a Managing Director with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role he oversees the Strategic Initiatives and Risk Management group and is responsible for PMCC’s secondary market activities, new business opportunities, as well as the credit functions for PMCC’s balance sheet assets.

Prior to joining Prudential in 1998, he was a Vice President at Citicorp Securities, Inc. working in their real estate capital markets group. Previously, Sean had stints at Nissho Iwai American Corporation, Olympia & York U.S. Development Company L.P. and New York Life Insurance.

Sean has been a speaker at several industry conferences and is a member of the CMSA.


Charles Allison
Managing Director

Charles is a Managing Director with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company, as well as the President of Prudential Agricultural Investments. In this role he oversees the agricultural lending operations, the agricultural equity investments, and the farm management and real estate brokerage unit.

Charles joined Prudential in 1990 as a Regional Vice President with Capital Agricultural Property Services, Inc. (CAPS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Prudential. He assumed responsibilities for Prudential’s agricultural lending and equity businesses in 1993 for the Southeast United States. He was promoted to Managing Director in 2007 for his current role of managing the Ag unit. Prior to joining CAPS in 1990, he was an Economist and Manager of Business Analysis for A. Duda and Sons, and a Research Assistant with the University of Florida.

Currently, Charles is a Florida Real Estate Broker. In addition, he is a member the Florida Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Association, the Florida Citrus Processors Association, the Florida Forestry Association, and he is a past president of the Florida Chapter of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA). He has also participated in the Florida Leadership Program for Agriculture and National Resources.


Clarke Welburn
Principal

Clarke is a Principal with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company, and is responsible for the Company's Risk Management Group. In this role he leads the Risk Management Committee, which monitors credit and portfolio related risks and trends associated with all Prudential Mortgage Capital lending activities, and provides a forum for credit related process review and policy development. In addition, the Risk Management Group is responsible for agency and corporate reporting functions, operating risk management activities and supporting new product and business development activities.

Clarke is a seasoned lending professional with extensive experience in corporate and commercial real estate lending and credit administration. He joined The WMF Group in 1987, which was subsequently acquired by Prudential. Prior to his association with Prudential, he served as Vice President, Commercial Real Estate for the National Cooperative Bank, and was a corporate banking officer for 1st American Bank, NA in Washington, D.C. and Central Penn National Bank in Philadelphia.


Catherine Rodewald
Vice President

Catherine is a Vice President with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company, as well as President of Prudential Asset Resources, Prudential Mortgage Capital's mortgage servicer. In this role she is responsible for the servicing and asset management operations of the commercial real estate loan portfolios produced by Prudential Mortgage Capital Company, as well as the organization’s technology strategy and business systems. Her primary focus is to maintain and continually improve a world-class servicing operation through outstanding people utilizing efficient, effective processes and the appropriate technology to provide Prudential borrowers with a superior borrowing experience.

Prior to joining Prudential in 2002, Catherine served as the first Chief Information Officer for Hunt Consolidated, Inc., a privately held, international organization with holdings in oil and gas, utilities, real estate, and financial services. Reporting to the CEO, she was responsible for all technology and telecommunications systems utilized in the U.S. Canada, South America and Yemen.

Earlier in her career, Catherine served as Sr. Vice President and Chief Information Officer for AMRESCO, Inc., a diversified, international real estate and financial services organization. Supervising a staff of 140 professionals, she supported 7 disparate business units in 140 locations throughout the United States, Canada, Great Britain and Japan, and sat on the corporation’s Operating and Risk Management Committees.

Catherine is a member and immediate past chair of the Board of Directors of MISMO, the Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization. She is also a past chair of the Mortgage Bankers Association CREF Technology Committee.


Mike Jameson
Managing Director

Mike is a Managing Director with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role he is responsible for managing the firm's third-party, commercial mortgage asset management business.

Prior to joining Prudential in 1990, Mike acted as the Assistant to the President for The Shorenstein Company and as a retail leasing agent for Norris, Beggs and Simpson, a regional commercial brokerage firm. Between 2001 and 2007, Mike was responsible for loan originations for all capital sources in Northern California, the Pacific Northwest, Utah, Nevada and Arizona. Mike was also responsible for the pricing of General Account loans in his territory. During 1999 and 2000, Mike was involved in Prudential Mortgage Capital’s acquisition of The WMF Group, Ltd., a publicly-traded mortgage banking firm headquartered in Vienna, Virginia. Prior to this assignment, he was responsible for originating commercial mortgage loans in the Western United States and selling commercial properties for Prudential’s General Account.
