In this role, he is responsible for originating and structuring mortgages and credit enhancements for Section 42 affordable housing projects and tax-exempt bond financed projects utilizing the FHA and Fannie Mae loan programs as well as proprietary affordable housing finance products. He is located in Atlanta. Mark has been involved in the development, acquisition and financing of both market-rate and affordable multifamily projects for over 20 years. Prior to joining Prudential, Mark was a Vice President with CW Capital. He was previously employed by an investment banking firm specializing in tax-exempt bonds and has been an FHA mortgagee. Mark received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and an MBA with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Tennessee.
