Bill is a Director with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role, he provides business analysis and mortgage bond placement for Prudential’s Fannie Mae DUSTM and Affordable Housing lending programs. He is located in McLean, Virginia.
Bill has approximately 15 years of commercial real estate experience. Most recently, Bill was Assistant Vice President with The WMF Group, a leading multifamily lender, and was with that organization when Prudential acquired it in 2000. During his combined tenure with the two firms, Bill has held varied and increasingly responsible positions. His first position was Senior Portfolio Analyst where he monitored the collateral performance of over 100 loans, including market rate, affordable and moderate rehabilitation loans. He then became the Manager for Fannie Mae Assets, responsible for a staff of Portfolio Analysts and support personnel. He assumed his current role of Director, Secondary Markets and handles sales of over $2 Billion annually in mortgage backed securities to secondary market investors.
Earlier in his career, Bill spent 8 years as a Resident/Property Manager for several multifamily REITs. Prior to this he served as a commissioned officer in the US Army for five years.
Bill received a Bachelor of Arts from the College of William and Mary. He holds other industry related certifications, including the MBA’s Certified Property Inspector.
