He has originated all types of FHA transactions, including new construction, substantial rehabilitation, acquisition, and refinance for multifamily and healthcare transactions, along with affordable housing transactions. He has an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from Fisher College of Business from Ohio State University and a bachelor's degree in biochemistry from Manhattan College.
