James is a Director in the Northwest Regional Office of Prudential Huntoon Paige, located in Seattle Washington. In this role, he originates Multifamily and Healthcare FHA loans in addition to a broad range of other PMCC mortgage products.
Prior to working at Prudential, James was an auditor with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and a Vice President of Origination at Centennial Mortgage Inc. where he headed their Western Region Multifamily FHA/HUD office. James has structured, originated and closed 223(a)(7), 221(d)(4), 223(f), 232, & 202 loan transactions in multiple HUD offices throughout the United States. He is experienced in new construction, substantial rehabilitation and refinance of multifamily, assisted living, and nursing homes under a variety of financing programs.
James has an MBA from Loyola University of Chicago, and a BA from Seattle University.
