Prior to joining Prudential, Marie was a Senior Vice President for WMF Huntoon Paige Associates. Additionally, she worked for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for 20 years as their Multifamily Production Chief.
Marie is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). She attended the State University of West Georgia and Troy State University.

As Principal with Prudential Huntoon Paige, Jeff serves as the FHA Production Manager and is responsible for managing the Prudential Huntoon Paige Origination Team as well as the FHA production pipeline.
Prior to joining Prudential, Jeff held senior originations positions at GE Capital, Continental Wingate Capital (now CW Capital), and Centennial Mortgage. Jeff has over 20 years of multi-faceted lending, mortgage banking, and commercial real estate experience covering a broad range of investment structures, and property types.
He holds an MBA in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver, and a BBA in Finance from the University of Michigan.

As Director with Prudential Huntoon Paige, Ann originates FHA loans in addition to a broad range of mortgage products in the southeast region of the United States.
Prior to joining Prudential, Ann was Executive Director of the Housing Resource Center where she was instrumental in establishing the formation and success of the firm. While there, Ann also expanded the capabilities of non-profit organizations for the development, acquisition and renovation of affordable housing.
Previously, Ann worked for the Center for Housing Alternatives in Atlanta, Georgia for 11 years. As the Administrator, she gained experience in all aspects of housing efforts. Ann managed the daily operational functions of a non-profit organization specializing in developing housing for persons with disabilities.
Ann is a member of the American Association for Homes and Services for the Aging (AASHA), the Georgia Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (GAHSA), the Georgia Center for Nonprofit and the Georgia State Trade Association for Nonprofit Developers (GSTAND).
She is a graduate of South University, where she earned a degree in Marketing. She also held a real estate license for affordable housing projects.

Prior to joining Prudential in 2005, Jennifer was a Vice President of Collateral Mortgage Capital, LLC. Her primary role was overseeing the originations and underwriting of FHA-insured loans. Jennifer is a current CCIM Candidate and remains active in several industry organizations.

As Principal with Prudential Huntoon Paige, Martin is responsible for direct loan originations and specialized product support throughout United States. Martin specializes in Prudential’s FHA lending programs.
Since joining Prudential in 1998, Martin has originated over 60 FHA loans in 24 different states. In addition to his FHA lending expertise, he has experience in portfolio, interim, and securitized lending products. Prior to joining Prudential, Martin worked for Atherton Capital Inc., a specialty commercial finance company (San Bruno, CA) and The Concord Group, a consulting firm specializing in real estate (Newport Beach, CA). Martin is President of the Western Mortgagee Advisory Council, the trade group for FHA-insured lenders in the western United States.
Martin earned an MBA with a concentration in Finance from The Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago. He holds a BA from Pomona College in Claremont, California, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®).

As Principal with Prudential Huntoon Paige, Bob is responsible for overseeing the origination of FHA-insured multifamily loans on apartments, nursing homes, assisted living facilities and hospitals in the southeastern and southwestern United States.
Before joining Prudential in 2000 upon its acquisition of Huntoon Paige, Bob was with WMF Huntoon Paige Associates. He has been financing FHA multifamily properties for 30 years.
Bob has been an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association for many years. He has moderated and served on numerous panels and seminars related to housing and health care.

He holds an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from Fisher College of Business at Ohio State University and a bachelor's degree in biochemistry from Manhattan College.

Prior to joining Prudential Huntoon Paige, John was Vice President of PNC MultiFamily Capital where he originated FHA-insured loans on a national basis. He has held positions in real estate for more than 25 years, including responsibilities for finance, development and accounting.
John graduated from Northern Illinois University with a degree in Accountancy and graduate studies in economics. He obtained his Certified Public Accountant designation.

Shelley is a Principal with Prudential Huntoon Paige. In this role, she serves as the FHA Hospital Portfolio Manager and is responsible for managing FHA hospital loan originations on a national basis and supporting the healthcare servicing activities of Prudential Asset Resources.
Prior to joining Prudential, Shelley was a Director at Financial Security Assurance Inc., overseeing the financial performance of a large segment of its insured hospital portfolio. Shelley has over 25 years of healthcare origination and portfolio risk management experience and has served as a consultant to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development on special projects. She also served on the Healthcare Disclosure Committee of the National Federation of Municipal Analysts as a participating author of municipal market disclosure guidelines for hospitals and healthcare systems.
Shelley is a graduate of New York University’s Robert S. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
