Carolyn has over 12 years of experience in originating, structuring and closing multifamily and healthcare facilities. She has structured and closed over $600 million in loans, specializing in FHA programs. She is experienced in new construction, substantial rehab and refinance of multifamily, assisted living, nursing home and manufactured housing facilities under a variety of financing programs, including FHA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac. Carolyn has an MBA from the University of Chicago, a PhD and MA from Princeton University and a BA from Hampshire College. She also holds a Series 7 license.
