In this role she originates FHA loans in addition to a broad range of mortgage products and oversees FHA origination efforts in the Southeast Region. She is located in Atlanta, GA. Prior to joining Prudential, Ann was Executive Director of the Housing Resource Center where she was instrumental in establishing the formation and success of the firm. While there, Ann also expanded the capabilities of non-profit organizations for the development, acquisition and renovation of affordable housing. She also worked for the Center for Housing Alternatives in Atlanta, Georgia. As the Administrator, she gained 11 years experience in all aspects of housing efforts and managed the daily operational functions of a non-profit organization specializing in developing housing for persons with disabilities. Ann is a member of the American Association for Homes and Services for the Aging (AASHA), the Georgia Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (GAHSA), the Georgia Center for Nonprofit and the Georgia State Trade Association for Nonprofit Developers (GSTAND). Ann is a graduate of South University, and received a degree in Marketing. She also held a real estate license, for affordable housing projects.
