In this role, he is responsible for new product development for the affordable housing market. He is located in Newark, New Jersey. Rob has approximately 20 years of lending, mortgage banking and commercial real estate experience, with specific expertise in tax-exempt bond structuring. Most recently, Rob was a Senior Vice President at Red Stone Partners responsible for structuring new products and originating bond financing transactions. Before joining Red Stone, Rob was a Senior Vice President for CreditRe Mortgage Capital (and its predecessor CentRe Mortgage Capital), specializing in financing tax-exempt debt and ownership of affordable housing. These firms were affiliates of Related, Credit Suisse and Zurich Insurance. Earlier in his career, he was a senior manager with Ernst & Young’s Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group. There Rob was responsible for workouts, public offerings, audits, and consulting for real estate and real estate related financial service companies. Rob received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Buffalo and is a Certified Public Accountant.
