Dave is an Investment Associate with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. In this role, he is responsible for assisting in the origination and structuring of FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Private Placement Bond transactions for the affordable housing market. He is located in Atlanta, Georgia.
Dave has 8 years of multifamily and commercial real estate underwriting experience. Most recently, Dave was a HUD MAP certified underwriter with CWCapital in the FHA division. Before joining CWCapital, Dave spent 17 years in the financial service industry with Whirlpool Financial.
Dave received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee.
