Real Estate Analysts - requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Real Estate to assist in sourcing and analyzing mortgage loans; underwriting and preparing loans for closing; preparing pools of loans for securitization in the Commercial Mortgage-Backed securities market; and asset managing and loan servicing.
