He is responsible for direct loan originations and specialized product support in the Mid Atlantic and North Eastern US. Alex specializes in Prudential’s affordable housing loan programs including fixed- and variable-rate private-placement and credit enhanced tax-exempt bonds, taxable loans, forward commitments for new construction and substantial rehab, refinances, subordinate debt, bridge loans and mezzanine financing.
